2003 deLorimier "Spectrum" Reserve Sauvignon Blanc

88% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Semillon, 2% Viognier

Electrifying flavors of lemon, lime and tangerine, with hints of floral aromatics and ginger spice. A little creamy vanilla with hints of melon and a zesty mineral edge on the finish completes this special reserve. A Sauvignon Blanc of depth and complexity with a firm stamp of craftsmanship and color.

2003 deLorimier Malbec

Visually stunning with incredibly deep purple and crimson, so dark it is remeniscent of the "Black wines of the Cahors". Soft, ripe fruit aromas of blackberry jam offset with delicate hints of rose petal and eucalyptus. A dark berry concentration luxuriates on the palate, with blackberry, cherry compote and boysenberry that are juicy and satisfying. Smooth and silky tannins support a long, deep and persistent finish that is simultaneously balanced and intense. Serve with a classic "Steak au Poivre" and take your senses to a whole other level of enjoyment.

2003 deLorimier Merlot

69% Crazy Creek, 26% Winery Ranch, 5% East Soda Rock

Boisterous and youthfully vibrant, this Merlot offers a glimse of wonderful things that will reveal themselves rapidly as this wine evolves over the next few months. Dazzling fruit flavors embraced in a firm and compelling tannin structure with touches of acidity, that promise an enormous array of fabulous food pairings ranging from sizzling sausages with grilled onions and peppers over creamy polenta, to a classic Steak au poivre.

2003 deLorimier Cabernet Franc

Only 120 cases of this fantastic little wine were produced. Intensely red with ripe brambly berry character on the aromas. A dynamically rich yet soft mouthfeel with notes of plum, loganberry and red delicious apple, hints of black pepper, spice & tea, all tenderly embraced in a punctuated dry tannin on the finish. This is the essence of Cabernet Franc.

2005 Lace late harvest Muscat (375ml)

All natural botrytised fruit, this blend of late harvest Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon is the essence of dessert. Brimming with ripe peach nectar and apricot flavors, with subtler tones of melon, fig and mandarin, the lingering honeyed finish reined in with tight acidity that is simultaneously succulent and refreshing.
